Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe. 

Results You Can See Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Simply put, if our product isn’t improving your dog’s quality of life, we don’t want your money. While we do ask that you give our products a few weeks to observe the benefits, which are cumulative and build over time, we've designed every Arterra product to deliver results you can see within the first 30 days. 

 

If you're unhappy with our product for any reason, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us HERE (please provide your order number) for full refund. Please note that this courtesy offer is limited to one refund per household, and applies to first-time orders only. 

 

We may ask that you first make a good faith effort to work through some troubleshooting steps with us. Small modifications in the administration process reduce over 80% of customer complaints around compatibility or mild GI upset upon introduction. 

 

Please work with us to try these steps before requesting a refund. Please note that this courtesy offer is limited to one refund per household, and applies to first-time orders only. Our policy is also limited to one unit of product. For example, if you order five containers of our product without first confirming that your dog will eat it, we will only be able to refund one container. For this reason, we highly recommend ordering a single unit of product to trial before purchasing in bulk. 

 

In some cases, we may ask for feedback to better understand your experience with our product, and help us make it even better over time. 

 

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we suspect our policy is being abused.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Because all of our products are consumable, we do not accept conventional product returns or exchanges. In very rare cases, we may make a case-by-case exception if product is returned at the customers’ expense in new, unopened condition (with the factory safety seal intact).

Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@arterrapet.com.
