My 7lbs Pomeranian Birdie has always had the worst teeth and needs a dental minimum once a year, which I hate to put her through down to go through. Since I started using Arterra toothpaste daily (and immediately after her meal) vets have praised her dental health and she hasn’t needed a dental at all. I’m very happy with this purchase! Plus, the flavor seems to be yummy for Birdie.

I had been pretty relaxed about brushing my dog's teeth up until a recent dental scare. Now, I am fully invested in keeping her teeth strong through consistent teeth brushing with remineralizing toothpaste and diet modification. I brush her teeth anywhere from 2-3 times a week using a finger sleeve toothbrush. My dog is small, so a little toothpaste goes a long way. Thankfully, she has adjusted well to the dental routine and I have noticed an improvement in her breath. The toothpaste smells like peanut butter at the beginning, then the smell dissipates after the first few uses. So far this is the toothpaste that gives me peace of mind when using on my dog as it is free from chemicals.

My 15 year old dog hates brushing her teeth and always gives me a hard time. However She seems to really like this toothpaste and is gradually becoming more cooperative. The toothpaste is thicker than regular toothpaste, so it's little difficult to get it out of the tube, but the texture makes it easy to apply to her teeth.Only downside is bit expensive than regular toothpaste. My dog ​​is too old to have his teeth cleaned at vet. So I want to keep her mouth as clean as possible without harmful ingredients. It seems to help prevent bad breath. I like this toothpaste is non-toxic. I've only been using it for about 2 weeks, but so far it seems good.

My dog is not easy to brush, but she loved the peanut butter taste of this toothpaste and came back for more. I like the addition of hydroxyapatite, which remineralized teeth.
