Here's the process

Step 1: Product-level testing:

Every raw material included in our products is tested before going into our products for three key variables:

  1. Heavy metals
  2. Microbiological contamination
  3. Identity (the ingredient is what it’s supposed to be)
  4. Potency (the correct strength)

Step 2: Finished Product Testing

We test again – this time at the finished product level - for microbiological contamination and heavy metals before the product ever leaves our production facility.

Step 3: Marketplace Monitoring:

As a National Animal Supplement Council member, we carefully monitor customer feedback and report any adverse product reactions through the NASC’s Veterinary Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). In the unlikely event a product safety issue occurs, our system is designed to flag it quickly so we can take prompt corrective action.

Where are Arterra's ingredients sourced from?

Given the extremely complex nature of our formula, our ingredients are sourced from quality vendors worldwide. We maintain Certificates of Analysis for every completed batch.

Where are Arterra's products manufactured?

Arterra’s products are produced to the highest quality standards at a US-based cGMP and NSF-certified facility that also manufactures many other national brands.

Our facility is FDA-registered and located in Florida, United States.
