After the first order, subscriptions renew automatically, and customers can manage, skip, or cancel shipments at any time through the customer portal, which is available 24/7. Because of this, we are unfortunately not able to offer refunds on second or subsequent subscription orders that were not skipped or canceled prior to the renewal date, as noted in our return policy.

For dogs who may have trouble chewing them, many customers find it helpful to microwave the chew for about 5 to 10 seconds. Please allow it to cool slightly before giving it to your dog. This softens the chew and makes it much easier to break or chew, while not affecting the effectiveness of the product.

We're incredibly excited to perform a VOHC study. We're in line, but the problem is, there's a 6-8 month backlog to even get started. We are scheduled to have our trial completed by the end of the year. 

In the meantime, we’re beyond confident in the science behind our ingredients and the scores of vets and ingredient safety experts who have helped formulate it. We tested our dental chew extensively on our beta testers and our own dogs and have seen outstanding results. While we understand if that makes you uneasy, we believe in integrity and honesty.

Our dental chews are intentionally firm to encourage longer chewing time, but we know that can make them difficult for some smaller or senior dogs. A quick tip that some pet parents find helpful is microwaving the chew for about 5 to 10 seconds, which softens it enough to break into smaller pieces.

We are also actively working on smaller sized chews specifically for little dogs, and those are planned for release this summer.
