Is Arterra safe for dogs with allergies or medical conditions?

Many dogs with sensitivities do well on Arterra, but individual needs can vary.

We recommend reviewing the ingredient list with your veterinarian, particularly if your dog has known allergies or health conditions.

Full ingredient details are available on each product page.

Do your Multivitamins help with vision or eye health?

Our formulas include nutrients that support normal eye function and overall ocular health. They are intended for general wellness support and are not a treatment for eye conditions.

For specific concerns about vision or eye health, we recommend consulting your veterinarian.

What if my dog is already taking supplements?

Arterra is the most advanced, all-in-one dog longevity multivitamin on the market.

We've designed it to fully replace the typical off-the-shelf supplements that you might already be giving your dog, things like joint support, cognitive health supplements, gut health products, and more.

Most other supplements out there also contain more fillers than active ingredients; that's why we designed Arterra with 50% clinically dosed active ingredients - that’s 4-5X more than typical dog supplements - so your dog has the full benefit from each ingredient we put in.

In a nutshell, Arterra is formulated to be a single daily chew that covers the full spectrum of health, for maximum wellbeing and longevity.

However, if your dog is currently on any vet-prescribed supplements or medications for a specific medical condition, always consult your veterinarian before replacing those with Arterra.

For overall wellness and everyday support, though, it’s perfectly safe and designed to replace your other supplements.

Can I give Arterra to my puppy?

We do not recommend giving Arterra supplements to puppies unless directed by your veterinarian.

Our formulas are designed and intended for fully grown adult dogs (18 months+), and out of caution, we do not recommend our products for puppies whose bodies are still developing.

Does mixing or refrigerating decrease its efficacy?

Mixing our Senior Longevity Multivitamin with water or other common food items, like dehydrated fruits/veggies, chicken broth, or lunch meat, does not materially affect its effectiveness.

Refrigeration also does not impact efficacy.

My dog experienced gas and digestive issues after using Arterra

Because Arterra products introduce new functional ingredients, some dogs may experience temporary digestive changes as their system adjusts.

Starting with half the recommended daily serving for the first few days, then gradually increasing to the full amount, can help ease this transition. If digestive symptoms persist beyond several days or worsen, discontinue use and consult your veterinarian.

As always, we recommend speaking with your vet before introducing any new supplement.

My dog had an adverse reaction to Arterra

If your dog experiences an adverse reaction, discontinue use and consult your veterinarian. We also ask that you contact us so our team can document and review the experience.

Because our formulas contain a broad range of functional ingredients, individual sensitivities can occur. We take all reports seriously and investigate them carefully as part of our ongoing commitment to product safety and quality.

As always, we recommend consulting your veterinarian before introducing any new supplement.
