How do I cancel my subscription?
  • Navigate to your subscription account here.
  • Enter your email address, and you will be emailed or receive a text message with the login code. 
  • Check your email or text messages to retrieve the code and enter it into the "Input code" box on the website. 
  • Press the "Subscriptions" tab. Expand the subscription using the “>” button, and you'll be taken to a dashboard with all of your subscription management options. 
  • Navigate to the bottom of the page and press "Cancel Subscription".
How do I change the delivery frequency?
  • Navigate to your subscription account here.
  • Enter your email address, and you will be emailed or receive a text message with the login code. 
  • Check your email or text messages to retrieve the code and enter it into the "Input code" box on the website. 
  • Press the "Subscriptions" tab. Expand the subscription using the “>” button, and you'll be taken to a dashboard with all of your subscription management options. 
  • Navigate to the bottom of the page and customize your subscriptions to your needs. 
  • Select "Save Changes".
How do I change the product in my existing subscription?
  • Navigate to your subscription account here.
  • Enter your email address, and you will be emailed or receive a text message with the login code. 
  • Check your email or text messages to retrieve the code and enter it into the "Input code" box on the website. 
  • Press the "Subscriptions" tab. Expand the subscription using the “>” button, and you'll be taken to a dashboard with all of your subscription management options. 
  • Navigate to the bottom of the page
  • Select "Swap this for a different product".
How do I manage my subscription?

  • Enter your email address, and you will be emailed or receive a text message with the login code. 
  • Check your email or text messages to retrieve the code and enter it into the "Input code" box on the website. 
  • Press the "Subscriptions" tab. Expand the subscription using the “>” button, and you'll be taken to a dashboard with all of your subscription management options.
How do I manage or change an order?

If your order is already in progress, our Customer Experience team will be happy to assist you. Simply reach out, and they’ll take care of any immediate changes for you.

For all future subscription orders, you’re in full control through your Arterra account.

Just log in and navigate to the “Next Order” tab to adjust delivery dates, update quantities, or manage your subscription with ease.

How do I purchase a subscription?

Simply visit our Shop Arterra page, select the product you want to subscribe to, and choose the Subscribe & Save option when adding to the cart.

How do I skip an order?
  • Navigate to your subscription account here.
  • Enter your email address, and you will be emailed or receive a text message with the login code. 
  • Check your email or text messages to retrieve the code and enter it into the "Input code" box on the website. 
  • Under “Your next order”, select “Skip”. A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm. Select “Yes, skip this order”.
  • You can also “Reschedule” or “Skip” from the Subscriptions tab.
How do I update my billing information?
  • Navigate to your Arterra profile on the website by selecting the person icon in the upper right-hand corner. 
  • Enter your email address, and you will be emailed or receive a text message with the login code. 
  • Check your email or text messages to retrieve the code and enter it into the "Input code" box on the website. 
  • Select the “Profile” tab. 
  • Navigate to the "Payment methods" section at the bottom of the page.
  • Press "Update Payment Method".
  • Input new billing information.
How do I update my mailing address?

If you need to change your address on an in-progress order, please reach out to our Customer Experience team.

To make changes to your mailing address for all future deliveries, follow the instructions below.

  • Navigate to your Arterra profile on the website by selecting the person icon in the upper right-hand corner. 
  • Enter your email address, and you will be emailed or receive a text message with the login code. 
  • Check your email or text messages to retrieve the code and enter it into the "Input code" box on the website. 
  • Select the “Profile” tab. Here you can manage your default address and/or your address for your subscription.
